Summary About the Position: Serve as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, GS-0201-13, leading recruitment, placement, and workforce planning initiatives for EUCOM. Act as the primary HR advisor to JDIR leadership, providing targeted consultation on civilian resourcing strategies. This position is located on Patch Barracks, Vaihingen, Germany. Responsibilities Evaluate program execution and collaborates with manpower personnel utilizing strength data systems to forecast and align recruitment efforts with long-term organizational requirements. Apply comprehensive knowledge of Title 5, Department of War (DoW), and component-specific HR regulations to resolve complex staffing challenges.
