HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Antonio. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic HVAC experience who are eager to grow their careers within the trade. You'll play a critical role supporting HVAC projects through field inspections, installation prep, equipment handling, and direct work with licensed technicians.

This position is designed to support our utility rebate programs in partnership with the City of San Antonio. Candidates will gain exposure to residential and light commercial HVAC systems, customer service, and quality control processes in the field.
