Sun Life is looking for a Financial Services Consultant to assist clients in converting their group insurance plans to individual coverage. This hybrid role involves phone consultations and strong sales skills.
In this position, you will work with Group Benefits members to provide consultation for health and life insurance options. With 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, you'll utilize your ability to develop rapport and guide clients through their insurance transitions, contributing to sales objectives and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from Group Benefits members
• Assess client needs and recommend insurance options
• Meet and exceed established sales targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in financial services
