Hybrid IT Support & Systems Administrator

softgic in Medellín, Colombia is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to deliver comprehensive technical support and manage enterprise systems, cloud services, and business applications. This position combines Help Desk duties with systems administration to ensure reliable IT services and an excellent end-user experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in L1/L2 IT support, strong knowledge in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration, and excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience supporting CRM platforms and knowledge of Azure cloud services is also preferred.
