ID&E Specialist

Responsibilities

• Complete all data and survey requests from industry partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the management of the affiliate networks, inclusion groups, Baker Women chapters, local ID&E committees, and mentorship/sponsorship groups, including but not limited to supporting regional programming and event planning for local office events, assisting in executing mentoring and sponsorship programming and related work.
• Support the management of external conferences, work with the North America ID&E Committee, client‑related development work, and other cross‑functional work as arises.
• Organize, maintain, and update the yearly calendar of ID&E heritage month/commemorative days calendar for the Firm in all regions; draft and generate content to distribute to the communications teams and for internal and external posting; work closely with the Communications Team on content and cadence of local, regional, and Firmw...
