Import & Export Superintendent (Immex)

Manage and oversee import and export operations (temporary, permanent, and virtual) in IMMEX manufacturing companies.
Ensure customs and tax compliance , maximizing benefits from IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS Certification, and trade agreements.
Supervise tariff classification , customs valuation, origin determination, preferential duties, and non-tariff regulations.
Validate customs entries, permits, and sector registries , including automatic notices and regulated products.
Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and authorities (SAT, Customs, Ministry of Economy).
Handle customs issues and audits , including amendments, penalties, PAMA procedures, and authority requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives , focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, KPI tracking, and team management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Customs, Logistics, or related field.
