In-House Legal Counsel for ASC
Description

You will report directly to the General Counsel and provide legal support on a variety of regulatory issues including corporate governance and procurement needs. • Advise the Privacy Office on POPA compliance initiatives
• Support the Records and Information Management team with ATIA
• Review and negotiate IT and procurement agreements

• Draft various legal documents and contracts for operational use
