Join our Calgary team as a Senior Information Technology Support Specialist focused on customer-driven IT support and troubleshooting. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing IT queries and optimizing systems in this temporary role.
You will assist with incidents, configurations, and service requests, supporting both our corporate office and external project sites. Your travel (10%-15%) to various locations within Alberta and British Columbia will enable you to enhance our IT infrastructure in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for various IT applications
• Assist in optimizing existing processes using new technologies
