Responsibilities

Lead the industrialisation of new engine components and modules for new programs (Demonstrator programmes, archetypes 1‑4) or RLPM GateC (archetypes 5‑10), including:

• Turbin and compressor blades and vanes
• Combustor parts
• Casings, shrouds, seals, and rotating structures
• Bearings, shafts, and support structures

Develop and validate manufacturing processes for complex engine parts involving:

• Precision casting & forging and near‑net‑shape
• High‑precision machining of superalloys (e.g. Inconel, titanium, ceramic‑matrix composites)
• Additive manufacturing (metal AM), hybrid processes
• Advanced coatings (thermal‑barrier, anti‑corrosion) and heat treatments
• High‑temperature joining (brazing, welding) and surface treatments
