Instrumentation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to support production operations. This role is responsible for calibrating and maintaining a wide range of instrumentation, PLC, and equipment critical to ensuring manufacturing quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Calibrate instrumentation loops, controllers, recorders, transmitters, balances, and other production devices. Parameters include (but are not limited to) temperature, pressure, weight, force, and humidity. Perform corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections, calibrations, and scheduled equipment overhauls. Troubleshoot equipment issues using analytical methods; identify root causes and implement effective, lasting solutions. Conduct both mechanical and electrical repairs, including adjustments and component fabrication. Support equipment installations and modifications as part of cross-functional project teams.
