You will engage in deep investigations, establish observability strategies using technologies like Dynatrace, and coach various teams on incident management and reliability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis of incidents
• Build observability tools for enhanced insights
• Implement auto-healing technologies and reliability tooling
