Our CSICU provides comprehensive care in a 6-bed environment, aimed at managing cardiac surgical patients, with a focus on quality and safety amid a growing volume of over 600 surgeries each year. You will join a dedicated team of experts and contribute to teaching future medical professionals through academic partnership with the University of British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia and critical care in CSICU
• Oversee recovery of post-cardiac surgery patients
• Engage in educational activities with students
• Fulfill call obligations across various specialties
• Manage acute pain services and sedation needs
