Maintain control over expenses through pro-active handling techniques
Direct vendor partners as necessary
Obtain approval from Manager on claims above authority
Manage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre-trials and settlement conferences Minimum of 2-3 years Accident Benefits claims handling experience
Well-honed negotiation skills
Through knowledge of the legislation that governs these benefits (SABS)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
