Job Overview

Proposal Specialist is a member of the Corporate Marketing & Proposal Development team. This role helps win new business by developing proposals, coordinating delivery, and creating marketing collateral. The position supports the proposal delivery strategy, develops compliance matrices, writes outlines, section directives, and mockups, and edits deliverables to meet pursuit and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the development process of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateral.
• Assist in determining scope of work, create compliance checklists, set production schedules, coordinate services and resources, and track special requirements.
