Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the harmonization and updating of product indices to ensure uniformity across products;
  • Ensure the organization of digital documents to guarantee uniformity of the archiving structure;
  • Recommend actions to be put in place for the continuation of the archiving work;
  • Clean up directories containing documents intended for the production of our products.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Have completed or be in the process of completing a degree in documentation techniques or a certificate in archiving or any other appropriate discipline;
  • Proficiency in Office and Google Suite;
  • Methodical mind and work rigor;
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit;
  • Proficiency in French.
