Position Summary
Fraser Academy (FAx) is seeking a qualified internal candidate to fill a 1‑year contract as Program Co‑Lead. This role primarily co‑manages the daily operations, outreach, and educational delivery of our after‑school and summer learner programs (serving 1:1 tutoring clients with dyslexia and learning differences, across Executive Functioning, Math, and Orton‑Gillingham (OG) frameworks).
Working in partnership with Nicola Lott (Program Lead, Executive Function Skill Development and Math Essentials), the successful candidate will share leadership duties to ensure strong parent communication, accurate student tutor placements, and effective onboarding of new FAx practitioners. This position balances program coordination, educational consulting, and direct 1:1 student instruction as well as being a key position in supporting FAx meet / exceed its annual client and revenue goals.
