Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

This role manages cycle count schedules, leads annual physical inventory, and reconciles inventory variances. You will monitor adjustments, analyze discrepancies, and propose process improvements. Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements are key tasks. You’ll work with warehouse supervisors and use SAP Inventory Management, Excel, PowerBI, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle count schedule and lead annual physical inventory.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances, monitor adjustments, and analyze causes.
• Detect anomalies from patterns in adjustments and follow up on warehouse indicators such as accuracy, shrink, aging, and slow movers.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards for management using Excel, ERP systems or PowerBI.
