Investment Governance Analyst
Looking for a role that combines analytics, operations, and sustainability? This opportunity offers hands-on involvement in proxy voting, ESG-related activities, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, with exposure to global business partners and evolving industry practices.
What is in it for you:•Hourly salary of $27-29, based on experience.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position: hours per week.
• Weekday schedule: 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm.
• Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the Toronto office.
Responsibilities:• Support the end-to-end proxy voting lifecycle, including monitoring, reconciliation, and processing of proxy materials to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems and custodians.
• Execute proxy votes on third-party platforms within established deadlines while adhering to market timelines and operational controls.
