IT Desktop Support

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support for end-user computing environments across Windows, Linux and macOS platforms. The successful candidate will be a versatile IT professional able to support a broad range of desktop, networking, and infrastructure technologies, with a focus on problem solving and superior customer satisfaction. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to work as part of a small yet hard working team. The office location is based in Burlington, Ontario

Responsibilities include: 

+ Maintain and action general Helpdesk queues for IT Support 

+ Windows, Linux and macOS administration, support and troubleshooting

+ Provision, deploy, upgrade, and manage end-user computing devices

+ Support user account administration, authentication, and endpoint security technologies

+ Monitor and maintain endpoint patching, antivirus, encryption, and backup solutions
