Training: 2 fully paid days. Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday. Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max). 2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed). Provide tier-1 IT technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software incidents. Manage ticketing queues, log details, and ensure proper follow-up on cases.
