IT Infrastructure Manager

Summary:

Petco's Infrastructure Operations and Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our global compute, platform operating systems, and directory services. This role is focused on compute platforms and hybrid platform services (including on-premises virtualization and public clouds like AWS and GCP); the ideal candidate will manage a global team of systems engineers, ensuring high availability, performance, platform security, enterprise-wide patch management, and robust governance of the enterprise Active Directory domain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Hybrid Compute & Platform Management (35%)

• Directs the provisioning, lifecycle, scaling, and peak performance of highly virtualized enterprise compute platforms on-premises (VMware, Nutanix AHV, and AIX systems).
