IT Infrastructure Operations Analyst

You will be part of the Network Operations Center. The team manages our corporate network.
As an Operations Analyst, you will develop your IT skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts.
- Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
- Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
- Track the resolution of all issues
- Escalates critical issues to the NOC Shift Supervisor and support teams.
- Work with ISPs and other service providers to create support issues.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, IP voice, data, or internet technologies
