We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to join a large-scale technology deployment program supporting multiple sites across New South Wales. This is a hands-on role that combines traditional service desk support with onsite technology deployments, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer support and field-based technical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 IT support to end users via phone, email and onsite.
- Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors and other end-user devices.
- Install and troubleshoot network printers and basic networking equipment.
- Support technology rollouts, office moves and new site deployments across multiple locations.
- Decommission IT equipment and ensure assets are managed in line with project requirements.
