IT Support Technician (Portuguese, English)

Job Overview
We're looking to hire a self‑motivated, hardworking IT Support Technician.
Role: provide online (i.e., remote) T1/T2 support to customers and sometimes company users in Spanish. Support via email/online meetings, IM, and phone calls. Occasionally contact vendor support.
This is a remote position.
Required Skills
Oral and written English and Portuguese (technical oriented at least). Spanish is a plus.
Understanding of computer hardware and networking.
Basic knowledge of macOS X and Linux (server distributions).
Experience with Microsoft Windows workstations and servers (and their services).
Experience listening to and troubleshooting end‑user issues.
Experience working with tickets/documenting work performed and issues.
Analytical and critical thinking skills; can work alone and be self‑motivated, and also be part of an established team.
Must have:
A solid and stable Internet connection, computer, headset with mic, etc.
