Description
Provides advanced technical support to internal and external customers; installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains customers' desktop software and hardware.
- Maintains passwords, data integrity, and system security for the desktop environment.
- Provides advanced technical support and guidance through support, training, and publication of documentation; seeks hardware repair through outside vendors.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a similar field.
- Minimum of **1 year **of experience as IT Support Technician or Help Desk, this is mandatory.
- Experience troubleshooting Networking issues and knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, SCCM.
MS Office proficiency required.
- Results-driven.
Strong organization, project planning, and time management skills.
Capable to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
