Junior Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting (Toronto)

This role involves liaising with investment managers, clients, and vendors to support day‑to‑day operations and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with investment managers/clients and vendors for day-to-day operational assistance.
• Participate in various system improvement initiatives.
• Prepare or coordinate and review all client regulatory reporting deliverables and associated reports as required.
• Work with internal teams such as Client Operations, Investor Operations, and Client Integration to ensure all internal and external deliverables are met.
• Assist in developing and improving regulatory reporting processes and checklists.
• Assist with department resource planning and staff allocation.
• Build and maintain a solid relationship with clients and vendors.
