Junior Groom Artist (Blender) - UNDISCLOSED PROJECT - Expression of Interest

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Character Supervisor and Groom Lead/Supervisor, the Groom artist provides a hair description of production assets. The production of these hair descriptions is done in accordance with the internal technical workflow and the artistic vision established on the project.

Please note that this role is not currently active and is being shared as an expression of interest. We anticipate opening new positions in the coming weeks and would like to be prepared ahead of time.

Responsibilities

• Create hair effects on 3D animated characters, animals and props by referring to the artistic direction of the project.
• Make sure the delivered assets are technically compliant with the production pipeline and workflow.
• Be involved in the development of tools used in the department.
