Avanti Le Spa is hiring a Junior Hairdresser / Colorist. This role is ideal for someone starting out in the industry or a stylist without an established clientele who wants hands‑on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to building their own chair.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists, colorists, and educators.
• Hands‑on learning on real clients.
• Hairdressing assistant work (prep, blow‑dries, color support, treatments, etc.).
• Actively build your skills and your clientele.
• Client building: clients are provided weekly; work with lead generators that bring in new clients consistently; opportunity to build your own clientele quickly.
