Salary: $2,300,000 COP + $249,095 COP legally mandated transportation allowance + Overtime and additional payments.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 7:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break and 2 x 15-minute breaks.

Requirements

• English B2+ - C1 level
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Experience using CRM and quick learner

• Client-Carrier Relay: Receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client.
