Junior Talent Recruiter — End-to-End Hiring in the Region

Gallagher in Bogotá is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle across various countries in the Region. Your role will involve posting job roles, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, and a degree related to Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
