Working closely with the Chef de Partie and the culinary team, you’ll help deliver high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Radisson standards under the guidance of senior chefs
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas
Assist with mise en place, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations
Support menu development and contribute fresh ideas for seasonal offerings
Work as a team player to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
