Kristen looking for a babysitter or nanny in Hamilton

We are a family of four with two young daughters. My husband is a pastor and is currently finishing school full-time, with a goal of graduating in August. We are looking for a caring, dependable sitter who can help support our family during this busy season.
Ideally looking for someone with Christian beliefs and values, and we are looking for someone to help while we are at home so my husband can focus on studying and completing schoolwork. We may occasionally need care for a date night, church event, or work commitment, but those situations would depend on building trust and comfort over time.
Our oldest daughter has only ever been cared for by two close family friends, and our youngest has only been left with her dad a handful of times and has never been cared for by anyone else. Because of this, finding the right fit and building a relationship gradually is very important to us.
