Labour Relations Specialist in Montreal

Drive human resources initiatives as a Labour Relations Specialist at our Montreal Headquarters. This role focuses on administering employee relations and overseeing benefit programs to support staff effectively.

In this position, you will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. You will administer consultation and grievance procedures while overseeing classification and rating of occupations. Moreover, you will co-ordinate various employment equity initiatives to foster a balanced workplace environment.
