Immigration Attorney Assitant (EOIR-Focused)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Immigration Attorney assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney (in their respective country) with a completed law degree and at least two years of hands-on experience in immigration law, specifically in EOIR proceedings.

Requirements:

• Law degree and active license in home country
• Minimum two (2) years of immigration law experience
• Strong experience with EOIR procedures (motions practice, scheduling orders, pleadings, bond requests, appeals, etc.)
• USCIS experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to draft complex motions and filings with minimal supervision
• Strong calendaring, deadline management, and organizational skills
