Lead Civil / Structural Engineer (Offshore Island)
Description
Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural construction activities in offshore settings.
- Oversee site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with marine construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Resolve site technical issues and provide real‑time engineering solutions.
- Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings, calculations, and IFC documents.
- Coordinate with design consultants for offshore structures, marine foundations, and heavy civil works.
- Ensure constructability of designs and propose value engineering solutions where required.
- Validate temporary works designs.
- Support construction sequencing and methodology development for offshore works.
