Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to spearhead large-scale projects across Central Ohio. This is a leadership role designed for an expert technician who takes pride in clean installs and has the authority to manage a crew. You will be the point person on-site, ensuring that new construction projects in Central Ohio and the surrounding areas are completed on time, within spec, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities (Leadership & Execution)
