Description

Responsibilities
:Ensure that Trican's core value, Safe equipment and operations is the priority in all activities
Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety, Environmental, National Safety Code, Trican Well Service Ltd, government, as well as client policies and regulations
Work a 5 and 2 schedule while remaining on call
Ensure clear communication with Service Line Manager, Sales, Engineering and all Base Locations
Ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner, job procedures are followed; in addition to appropriate availability of product, equipment, and personnel
Establish and maintain effective communication with all bases to ensure resources of the company are utilized and shared on a company-wide basis
Work with the Cement Coordinators to organize and schedule personnel while ensuring resources are available and utilized adequately
Manage vacation and other requested time off for employees
