As the new Lead in Organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will work alongside the DEI Director to nurture a culture of belonging. Collaborate with diverse health departments to ensure alignment with Fraser Health’s core values. You will also engage in designing and rolling out strategic programs that reinforce equity in healthcare delivery across the region.

• Implement organizational diversity initiatives across Fraser Health
• Develop engagement actions for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Collaborate on integrated strategies for Anti-Racism and Cultural Safety
• Evaluate ongoing programs and identify diversity improvement areas
• Represent Fraser Health at educational and professional events
