We are looking for a *hands-on Lead Generation Specialist* who can source, qualify, and engage prospects using modern tools and AI platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to *communicate with prospects at an early stage* before handing them over to the sales team, while also leveraging GenAI for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

* Build targeted prospect lists using advanced lead generation tools

* Extract, enrich, and validate lead data for outreach campaigns

* Use *Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay*, and similar platforms to generate qualified leads

* *Initiate early-stage communication with prospects* (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

* Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers

* Hand over warm and qualified leads to the sales team with proper notes and context
