About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Lead Generator to contact warm and cold leads, qualify prospective customers, and live‑transfer qualified prospects to our internal sales team. This role is critical to capturing refinance and homebuyer opportunities through strategic partnerships with builders and real estate companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned lead lists from multiple sources.
• Engage prospects professionally and build quick rapport.
• Identify customer needs related to refinancing, new home purchases, or active buyers.
• Qualify leads based on provided criteria.
• Live transfer qualified prospects to licensed team in real time.
• Document call outcomes and notes in CRM.
• Follow call scripts while keeping a natural, conversational tone.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call/transfer targets.
