Position Overview

Provide senior professional leadership to nurses within Renal Services, encompassing Renal Dialysis Units at Stobhill Hospital, Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Vale of Leven Hospital, as well as acute in‑patient nephrology beds at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical, professional and managerial leadership to achieve NHS Scotland’s National Quality Strategy and National Nursing and Midwifery Quality Assurance Framework objectives.
• Inspire, motivate and empower nursing teams and wider health‑care teams during clinical sessions to quality‑assure care delivery at the bedside and continually improve patient experience.
