Responsibilities
• Supervise and support staff within the order picking department
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to team members
• Assist with order picking and packing duties as required
• Complete production and operational paperwork accurately
• Support workflow coordination and productivity within the department
• Utilize basic ERP system functions for tracking and documentation
• Report directly to the Team Leader
Assets
• Previous experience supervising picker/packer or warehouse staff
• Must be local to Oakville
