About the Role

As the Leading Hand, you'll take ownership of projects on site, leading a small team of technicians while remaining hands-on with installations, maintenance and service work. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while mentoring apprentices and supporting less experienced team members.
