Learning and Development Advisor

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage and optimize the Learning process:
- Identify the training needs of BRP salary and technical staff.
- Logistics of internal and external training
- Manage the learning budget according to identified priorities
- Verify the internal certification processes of Hoists and Hoists as well as prepare internal licenses.
- Manage documents in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, STPS
- Manage and develop training and development providers.
- Coordinate and implement corporate initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan.
- Communicate training events to staff in a timely manner.
- Manage and validate the effectiveness of language programs (English)
- Manage, approve and comply with the educational reimbursement program, ensuring the proper use of the budget assigned to it
