Learning and Development Designer III (Mississauga)

The successful candidate will be immersed in all things credit.

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer you will work closely with the Manager, Learning Program Design to conduct needs analysis, recommend and develop learning solutions to support aspects of credit adjudication, including underwriter credit acumen, risk tolerance and policy interpretation. In this multi‑functional role you will have a national mandate to be engaged in a variety of initiatives designed to support our partners across the credit centers in Markham, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal and Vancouver.
