The Learning Services Specialist provides strategic and operational support to deliver high-quality technical service training experiences for customers and internal stakeholders in the North America and Canada Market.
Your role:
You will act as a key user in the Learning Services process, managing planning and scheduling, registration and enrollment, and course delivery for complex or large training activities, supporting work instructions, processes, and key performance indicators.
You will work closely with project management teams, Business Unit Services Education Managers, and stakeholders, supporting project implementation and governance activities.
You will coordinate onboarding for new hires and shadowing activities with partners, ensuring a smooth learning and integration experience.
