The Opportunity

ML6 Search + Talent Advisory has partnered with a rapidly growing, national QSR organization in search of a Lease Administration Specialist to join their Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented real estate skilled to support a large and expanding commercial portfolio while gaining exposure to lease administration, landlord relations, rent reconciliations, lease renewals, and portfolio reporting. Working closely with Real Estate leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring lease obligations are met, occupancy costs are managed effectively, and critical real estate initiatives continue to move forward.
