Description

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Advising customers of lease options. 
Answering customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis. 
Completing paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts. 
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner. 
Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.
Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
Setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end. 
Actively supporting, encouraging, and motivating sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
Exhibiting a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
