The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments. Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients
Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
