Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives
Assist on regulatory matters
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required Legal qualification with 2-3 years PQE from Banking/ Corporate/ M&A/ Technology / Regulatory from reputable law firms or financial institutions
Open to both law firms and in-house
Strong drafting skills required
Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
